Thus you will find on the menu: a white longline on a ratatouille confit cooked for 12 hours, a bowl of Lobster, a bream fillet into cannelloni and melted tomato basil or a braised St Pierre. A cornice with a sea view which has been fully renovated in the spirit of the 30s, the Reserve boasts a panoramic view without equal for a lunch on the terrace overlooking the waves. Come and enjoy gourmet cuisine more creative with Mahuet and signed by Sébastien, a young chef who will show you his specialties to the sound of waves as installed in a yacht. A cuisine that showcases local fisheries but also fresh vegetables. Over the seasons, the vegetable is invented and works: bright colours, subtle taste, the South is present.
