organizing the Tasting
Practice: two tasting sessions, following theoretical presentations, which aims to identify:
The different phases of tasting,
The threshold of perception and identification (4 flavours)
The study of smells and aromas, their presence in wines,
The palatable wine constituents
Lunch (lunch meal possibility to have in town organized by the University surcharge in accordance with the dishes)

End your training for personal discoveries and tastings, an extra day has been scheduled for Friday. The first day begins before class for your personal discoveries.
Lunch and wine tasting at Chateau de Suze in a prestigious location.
This is a working lunch tasting so that each student has a pleasant and tasty glimpse of a typical Provencal menu with wines from the region. You will become an expert in the wine and gastronomy of Provence.
The transformation of grapes into wine and explanation of the components:
Concept balance between the different constituents
The vinification schemes
regulatory concepts of the different categories of wine and qualitative hierarchy
Practice: two tasting sessions:
Test characterisations wines according winemaking differences (red, rosé, white)
Application of standardized terminology and vocabulary tasting notes.
Full review of wines from different French regions.

AFTER THE FIRST LEVEL, TWO-DAY COURSE CAN DISCOVER THE PARTICULAR WINES, CHAMPAGNE, SOFT AND FORTIFIED WINES; GRAPE VARIETIES AND ASSEMBLIES; THE WINES OF FRANCE.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
* The airport transfer or other transfer services(between the hotels and airport, train station etc)

- We are able to receive you and send you anywhere you wish in France(an airport,a train station, or a street…)

Hotel taxes are not included in our programs. They are variable and will be demanded directly by the hotels before your leaving. The taxes can be different between the hotels even if they are in a same standard or have same stars.
CANCELLATION IN HIGH SEASONS
Regardless of the cancellation fees set out in our terms and conditions, some providers and hotels may apply different rules in high seasons. These terms of payment and cancellation will be specified in each reservation. You will be informed right after your booking. It happens that the hotels require the total booking value in case of cancellation.
