From mid-November to mid-march
the most important truffle market in Europe takes place in Richerenches every Saturday morning, from mid-November to late march in the course of the mistral (professional market) and l’Avenue de Rabasse (retail market). This market, which runs from mid-November to mid-march, sees sales every week of more than 700 kilos of black truffles which are the largest in Europe. Richerenches represents over 50% of contributions made on key southeast markets and 30% of national truffle production.
The tastings of truffle omelettes are organized by associations of the village.
Menu at 21 €: aperitif, truffle omelette, salad, cheese, dessert, coffee and wine are all included.
Glass of Screen printings is offered to toast the tasting of the truffles from December to march, every Saturday morning available on reservation

Richerenches, medieval village, is one of four towns of the enclave des papes (papal territory) in the drôme provençale. it has kept its outer wall with four towers. this strong place went to the templars in 1136 which made it the greatest commander of Provence.
